These terms apply to LanWarp: the Windows app, the LanWarp relays, the website lanwarp.com, the account area and the LanWarp Discord bot. By creating an account or using LanWarp you accept them. Version 2026-10.

What LanWarp does
The LanWarp app creates and runs a Minecraft: Java Edition server on your Windows PC. LanWarp gives the server an address under lanwarp.net and passes players’ connections to your PC through a LanWarp relay, so you don’t need to open ports on your router.
The server runs on your PC. It is reachable only while your PC is on, LanWarp is open and the server is started. We do our best to keep the relays and the account services running, but we don’t promise that they will always be available.
When you create a server, the app downloads Minecraft server software, Java and, if you choose them, plugins and modpacks from their publishers. To run a Minecraft server you accept the Minecraft End User License Agreement, which is an agreement between you and Mojang.
Who can use LanWarp
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make any purchase for you.
An account is for one person. Give an email address you can read: we use it to send sign-in codes and messages about your account.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Discord or Google. Keep access to your email and to those accounts secure: anyone who can read your sign-in codes can use your account.
When these terms change in a way that matters, we ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
You can delete your account at any time from the website or from the app. Deleting the account deletes your servers, their addresses and the copies of your worlds in the cloud. It can’t be undone. The worlds on your PC are not deleted.
Rules of use
You may not use LanWarp to:
- share or store content that is illegal, including content that exploits minors, incites violence or infringes other people’s rights;
- scam, threaten or harass other people;
- send traffic through the relays that is not a Minecraft: Java Edition connection, or use LanWarp as a proxy, a VPN or a general-purpose tunnel;
- attack, overload or probe the relays, other LanWarp users or anyone else;
- get around the limits of your plan, for example by modifying the app;
- choose server names or addresses that are offensive, that impersonate someone or that use other people’s trademarks;
- spread malware, including through plugins, mods or files you give to players.
You are responsible for your server and for what happens on it, including the plugins and mods you install and the players you let in.
Your servers and content
Your worlds and the content on your server belong to you and to the people who made them. We don’t look at what happens on your server. The relay reads the address a player typed and forwards the rest of the connection without changing it.
You give us the permission we need to run the service: to store your account and server details, to pass connections through the relays and, if you use cloud backups, to store the files you upload.
Cloud backups
On Plus and Pro, the app can upload a backup of your Minecraft world to LanWarp’s cloud storage in the European Union. Cloud storage is only for backups of Minecraft worlds made by the LanWarp app. Illegal content is not allowed.
We remove content when we receive a valid report that it is illegal, as required by the EU Digital Services Act, and we may suspend the account that uploaded it. You can report content at lanwarp.com/report.
If your plan no longer includes cloud backups, your cloud copy stays available for download for 30 days and is then deleted. We send an email 7 days before.
Plans and payments
The Free plan has no time limit. The limits of each plan are on lanwarp.com/plans. We may change the features and limits of the Free plan.
Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they are, they will be sold by [PAYMENT RESELLER], which acts as the seller (Merchant of Record) and handles payments, invoices, taxes, renewals and refunds under its own terms. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, handled by [PAYMENT RESELLER].
The limits of a plan, such as the number of players, are applied by LanWarp’s relays and backend.
Suspension and bans
If you break these terms, we may suspend a server or ban your account for a period (for example 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days), until a date, or permanently. We show you when a ban ends. We may suspend a server right away if it is being used for an attack or a scam.

Changes
We may change LanWarp and these terms. We will tell you about important changes in the app or by email, and the version and date at the top of this page will change.
Liability
We provide LanWarp as it is, to the extent the law allows. Your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live are not affected.
Keep your own backups: the backups on your PC are the main copy of your world. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost worlds or for damage caused by plugins, mods or players on your server. [LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO BE REVIEWED BY A LAWYER]

LanWarp is not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
Law and disputes
